Sometimes we struggle to achieve them because we experience anxiety, depression, unresolved anger or patterns of thoughts that result in self-sabotage. LIsa's passion is providing support and education to people who want to make positive changes in their lives (maybe you’ve tried and not succeeded!) and to those who want to move beyond life’s obstacles. Lisa assists clients in finding healthy perceptions of themselves and in developing the skills that will empower them to achieve their goals.
