I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Psychotherapist that provides each of my clients with a highly-individualized, curated, holistic experience that is goal-oriented. I utilize different modalities that encompass art therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and meditation. I have experience working with a diverse caseload of clients that include children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Each client is unique and therefore, my treatment methodology for each client I serve, is unique.
