As an autistic adult diagnosed later in life, my passion is supporting autistic people across the lifespan in living their best quality of life. My understanding is rooted in lived experience and empathy. I understand the systemic, social, and sensory challenges autistic people face. My approach centers the strengths, interests, and perspectives of autistic people, using these as a foundation to support personal growth, meaningful relationships, and improved quality of life.
