It can be hard to take the step in starting work with a new therapist, especially when we feel our most vulnerable and are suffering. I work with the perspective that the therapeutic relationship between you and myself is of the greatest importance in order to achieve your goals in seeking therapeutic support and guidance. Although I am primarily trained in psychodynamic therapy, I have an eclectic approach in treating a wide variety of struggles which I tailor to each client's needs and preferences.
