Do you need hope that your life can improve? Are you having the same go no-where arguments with the ones you love? Are those arguments with yourself? My work and training for last 17 years has focused on complex PTSD, attachment, neurobiology and addiction. In addition to EMDR, I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, a unique and evidenced based form of psychotherapy to treat trauma. If you have tried EMDR and found it minimally helpful, this may be a good approach for you. I also offer spiritually based modalities such as breath work and energy movement in the body as well as intuitive skills which are uniquely tailored to your needs
