Many of my clients are capable, responsible, and often the strong one in their relationships, yet inside they feel exhausted, unseen, or stuck repeating patterns they don’t understand. They may struggle with anxiety, trauma, codependency, burnout, parenting stress, or ongoing relationship conflict. Over time, this can lead to self-doubt, resentment, and emotional disconnection. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience and the owner and Clinical Director of Rooted Therapies, where I lead a trusted, locally recognized team committed to thoughtful, compassionate care for our North Port community.
