I provide therapy through telehealth as opposed to a traditional office setting. I understand it may not be easy sharing intimate thoughts with a new person, albeit a professional. We will prioritize building a solid therapeutic relationship so that we have a strong foundation to work from. You can expect that I will offer opinions and suggestions from time to time but that I will not tell you what to do. You can expect to be respected.
