My work is to the point and focused on the issues that cause my clients the most distress. I work with kids, teens, and adults using evidence-based theoretical models that are backed by research and my years of experience, such as CBT and DBT. My friends, family, and work colleagues describe me as easy to get along with and dedicated. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which are proven methods to help my clients understand why they think and react the way they do. Then I help them to adjust the unhelpful thoughts to achieve more effective thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
