I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of 360 Counseling & Wellness Center in Princeton, New Jersey, with over 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s most difficult transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s story. I believe that real change happens when you feel both emotionally safe and genuinely understood. In our work together, we will focus not just on managing symptoms, but on understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life Before opening my private practice in Princeton, I worked for many years in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. This background allows me to bring a steady, experienced, and grounded approach to therapy, and to support clients with a wide range of emotional and life concerns.
