I offer both Teleheath and limited In-person sessions. Navigating life and change can be challenging. Often times we need someone to help guide us through personal growth and transformation. My goal is to fully integrated the whole person, building on the strengths and values you possess whether you are working life transitions, depression, health related, relationship or parenting issues. I enjoy collaborating with clients while helping them gain insight into their own process to help them reach a place of balance and harmony in their life.
