I believe that given the right tools, we are all capable of attaining a comfortable level of happiness and fulfillment in life. My role is to help you acquire and sharpen those tools within the shortest possible time frame. I’m a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, which means I have expertise in the most highly regarded and scientifically proven form of couples therapy. Gottman uses psychodynamic and research-based techniques to strengthen emotional closeness and intimacy, improve conflict management, and create a culture of mutual support. With Individuals I use only proven techniques, primarily IFS (Internal Family Systems).
