I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor with MHSP designation, a Board Certified Dance Movement Therapist and also hold a certification in Laughter Yoga. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach and theory, as well as draw from the Expressive Arts Therapies, mindfulness and somatic based practices. I have been told I am an open, grounded and empathetic listener, who helps others feel safe and comfortable, but also, when appropriate, has a good sense of humor.
