Life presents us all, at times, with obstacles and challenges. My practice is centered on providing a supportive environment for individuals, couples and families to make changes, grow personally, and overcome the obstacles preventing them from from fully experiencing the joy of life. Together, we work to gain insight into the causes of conflict and personal challenge, develop strategies to manage and overcome and learn new skills to succeed now and in the future.
