I am a couples, family, and individual adult therapist licensed in NY, CT, NJ, PA. My practice specialties are couples therapy (premarital concerns, divorce, parenting, emotional/sexual intimacy, cultural differences, finances, family of origin conflicts, communication strategies) and adult family therapy (adult children, siblings and parents in long-standing or current conflict, multigenerational tension, family business, divorce, or trauma history). Individual therapy may focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, work, grief, aging, caregiving, and illness. Diverse clientele include LGBTQ+, POC, immigrants and seniors.
