I have worked as a therapist and an art therapist since 2014 with a focus on supporting clients through life transitions, grief, identity concerns, coping with symptoms of anxiety and depression, and coping with pain. I have experiences with individual and group therapy using talk therapy and art therapy. My populations include adults working in healthcare, college students, emerging adults and adults at other points in their lifespan.
