I approach therapy as “expert companionship," guiding people towards healing, personal growth, where they can feel safe and free to learn how to shift from surviving to thriving. In my therapy sessions, my number one priority is to create an environment where each person feels emotionally safe and accepted, no matter what the issues are, and a place to feel welcome to explore what is going on, try out new skills, new ways of looking at situations, and new ways of approaching problems.
