I'm excited to work with people who are deeply motivated to shake up their belief systems, habit patterns and want to change despite the discomfort that may come. While I work best with folks who have already started their inner work and who are committed to their own process, I also enjoy supporting people doing this work for the first time and who might not know where to start. In Contemplative Therapy paradox is where it's at! I love finding creative ways to help teens, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ folks connect with who they really are.
