Hi, and welcome! I'm Lisa and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with Neurodivergent individuals and families dealing with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, divorce, parenting/co-parenting, and emotional/behavioral concerns (big feelings). I work with children, teens, young adults, adults. I support through a client centered and collaborative approach and create a safe therapeutic environment for clients to make progress on their goals. I have particular skills in: cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma therapy, behavior modification, play therapy, EF issues, social skills/coaching, and parenting skills and parent education.
