I specialize in working with First Responders, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and Addiction and understand how the impact of these challenges can often leave people feeling unable to participate in life roles that lead to life satisfaction. I work with clients at their own pace on identifying and utilizing their inner strengths to build and regain confidence utilizing various treatment modalities, including EMDR and Pet Therapy with my Golden Retriever Nash. With several years of helping first responders and community members with Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction, I offer calm, practical support through the utilization of various modalities such as IFS, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Based treatments and a specialization in EMDR, Pet Therapy, and Trauma informed care.
