I am a therapist in Ames, IA and have openings for new clients. You can contact me to discuss working together. I specialize in helping you build confidence, achieve goals, enjoy better relationships and overall vitality. You will learn effective strategies for inner guidance towards feeling more peaceful, creative and connected through challenges. I offer in-person or virtual sessions for women ages 18+. I also offer parent coaching for families with children ages 2-25. I take Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and self pay clients. I enjoy working on challenges and how to create easy action steps toward future goals with clients. My work has both connection, and effective skills, at the heart of it.
