I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I specialize in working with women and young adults, and much of my career has been devoted to helping people navigate complex questions of faith, identity, and being human. I love to support individuals facing grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, spiritual issues, and major life transitions. I believe that when we are deeply seen and known, we gain the courage to confront what scares us and pursue lives filled with meaning.
