My aim as a therapist is to help you find greater freedom and satisfaction in your relationship to Self and those you care about. My active and emotion-centered approach will bring you to a deeper understanding of your core emotions. This emotional attunement will guide the therapy process and leave you feeling more in-synch with yourself. In sessions, I will steer you away from anxieties and distractions in order to give your mind clarity and to allow for more meaningful therapy. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Art Therapist. The many years I worked as a child therapist and trauma specialist in community based organizations informs my work. We were all children once, and what we couldn't process then, we can process now.
