I am a bilingual/bicultural Spanish/English speaking therapist. Born in Long Island and raised in Puerto Rico. I have been working for 32 years with children, teens and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, autistic and children /adults within spectrum disorder, grief, ADHD and am an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community. I am trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing).
