I provide therapy for individuals and couples navigating a variety of issues. I particularly enjoy working with adults dealing with anxiety related to perfectionism, over-functioning, burnout, or codependency / boundary issues. I also work with those navigating relationship challenges, family of origin issues, religious trauma, or spiritual integration. A good therapeutic fit for my approach is someone interested in doing deep introspective work, exploring the roots underneath presenting problems and including the body in the process.
