I like to help people find the deep knot of their pattern lovingly untie it, bringing healing to the wound. This allows for more spiritual freedom. I have been a therapist for about 30 years. While my style is eclectic, it is my warmth and compassion, that underlie all of my work. I try to provide an environment, much like a container, for people to open to their own natural self compassion and acceptance. Seeing each person as whole, rather than deficient provides an environment for people to come to a natural place of healing. Individuals and couples.
