I have been helping people realize their mental health goals for over 24 years. I utilize a client-centered approach because therapy should focus on each individual's wants and needs. I often use humor in therapy, because laughter is one of the greatest things you can share in this life. I have excellent experience with children, teens, adults, couples, and families helping with things such as anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, relationship and life changes, impulse control, and other challenges.
