I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner committed to mental health treatment promotion and prevention. With a psychodynamic foundation, I integrate Internal family systems(IFS) and attachment theories to my treatment approach. This approach is successful with clients seeking help with adulting, relationships, families, and parenting as well as individual therapy. As an open and affirming Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I've learned that the integration of these talk modalities are helpful for navigating life processes. Talk therapy undergirds the treatment relationship and when necessary may be complemented with medication management.
