I am an adolescent and young adult therapist in Colorado with many years of experience working with individuals who are looking for a safe and supportive place to talk, process their experiences, and learn how to express their feelings. I specialize in working with people ages 10-25+ who have anxiety/depression, are part of the LGBTQ+ community, or need support with any adolescent related issues. I help clients explore their individual identities and figure out their interests and long-term goals. I take pride in offering a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental environment for every individual.
