I view therapy as a road trip that you and I will take together. You are in the driver's seat, I am at your side, ready to help guide you through your journey. I will help to challenge your current thinking and provide support to move toward achieving your goals in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. You'll be met with openness and acceptance every step of the way. If you are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, issues with interpersonal relationships or substance use, I am here to support you through it. I work with individuals ages 17-45 navigate these challenges. I offer both telehealth and in office options located in beautiful Downtown Naperville.
