I specialize in supporting fertility warriors in their journey through healing, education and advocacy. I also specialize in helping adults find the root of their pain and transforming trauma utilizing an attachment and somatic-informed lens for all of our work. I believe in creating confidence to go on without me after your goals have been accomplished. I have a holistic approach- I don't believe that therapy is the only answer to wellness and I love to connect my client to outside resources. I would love to support you on your healing journey. I believe in and practice research-based approaches that I have seen bring powerful healing to individuals lives. I specialize in work with adults suffering from a history of trauma, depression, anxiety and infertility using my EMDR Certification, IFS, DBT and CBT. I am deeply passionate about supporting women through their fertility journey.
