My therapeutic focus is relationships and attachment. For those healing from a relationship injury, I follow a structured process to repair, understand, and re-envision the future. The stresses of life can create conflict with your loved one(s) - I help couples and individuals learn their relationship patterns and practice communication skills in order to maintain connection. Some of this stress appears in conflicts about mental load/invisible labor in which I help couples anticipate and interrupt their negative cycles. I help couples untangle intimacy struggles and build a sex life that actually feels good for both partners.
