Hi, I’m Liz and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2021. Prior to that I worked in the mental health field for over a decade in various roles, including as a Recovery Support Specialist and case manager. I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life and look forward to helping people discover their wants, needs, and strengths. I recognize seeking help can be difficult, or even intimidating; and our day to day responsibilities often overshadow the important self-care needs we all have.
