I enjoy working with teens and adults in developing a healthy sexual self. In sessions, I focus on sexuality, identity, communication, and self-confidence. We will talk about how previous events may be impacting current life and evaluate strengths that can assist you in making meaningful changes. I am mindful that people come to therapy with different needs and abilities, so I incorporate relevant modalities and use talk as well as visuals to make concepts more accessible. My hope is that people leave therapy feeling that they have more complete relationships with themselves and others.
