Many times, when things do not go as planned or the way we hope, it can feel stressful, confusing and sometimes overwhelming. I specialize in helping individuals, particularly young adults, teenagers, and school-age children, in navigating these challenging transitions (e.g., struggling in school, failure to progress in college, experiencing anxiety or depression, etc.).
