Together we can create a respectful, trusting therapeutic relationship that will be the foundation for your healing process here. We will delve into what issues you’re experiencing and generate goals and solutions together based on your needs and strengths. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I’ve worked with clients to uncover and challenge thinking patterns and change behaviors that were creating suffering in their lives. My practice is trauma informed and I offer therapeutic interventions such as EMDR, CBT and themes from IFS/Parts Work. I participate in trainings regularly to ensure that I stay competent and provide my clients with the level of care they deserve.
