Being caught in repeating patterns of behavior, experiencing crippling anxiety or eating and body image issues can negatively impact health and make you feel stuck and discouraged. My passion is for helping the burdened find freedom and joy and helping those who love them to feel equipped to be the most effective supports they can be. I have over 20 years of experience working in behavioral health hospitals in direct care and director level leadership roles. I have specialties in treating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship concerns and life transitions. I rely on evidenced based practices to help people move toward their goals.
