I believe in a whole person approach to wellness and that ones mental health is significantly important to overall health and wellbeing. I use a collaborative approach with clients to help develop the resources, tools, and skills, they need to overcome life's challenges. I enjoy providing my clients with immediate strategies to improve functioning and focus on symptom reduction/management. I know that my clients are the experts on themselves and I will work with them to leverage that knowledge to tailor treatment to each individual I am working with.
