I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience supporting adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life stress, relationship stress (individual only), and parenting challenges. Many of the individuals I work with feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns of worry, or unsure how to move forward, even when things may appear “fine” on the outside. I believe therapy should be a supportive space to slow down, gain perspective, and build resilience. My style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, while also gently identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress.
