Hello, my name is Lizzie, and I am a long time clinical social worker interested in helping you heal from life's traumas and stressors. I am available to adults seeking support for a range of conditions. My training has been focused on the impact of trauma and the use of somatic interventions. Slowly, we will process your past experiences; connect the dots between thoughts, feelings, and behavior; and examine the mind-body connection, in service of more satisfying relationships and a greater sense of purpose, all within the context of your culture and societal structures.
