With over a decade of experience supporting teenagers, adults and their families through mental health challenges, I create a space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. Transitioning home after intensive treatment is overwhelming and I’m here to help. Trained in evidence-based methods—including CBT, DBT and ERP, I incorporate these approaches as appropriate to create a tailored, effective treatment plan.
