Most of us can benefit from a warm and supportive environment where we can unpack and process our lives, concerns and emotions. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress management and you want to find a safe environment to work on these issues then therapy is a great place to start. I provide a culturally competent and trauma-informed therapy environment - my job is to help you feel safe and heard. I have found that I collaborate best with motivated clients who are ready to work towards change. I specialize in working with clients who want to understand the emotions and behaviors that impact their daily lives. I also specialize in connecting with clients who are LGBTQIA+ and need support related to being part of a marginalized population. I use humor and lightheartedness to help create a warm and welcoming environment in session.
