I specialize in working with adults who struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression and personal growth issues. I offer active listening and safe space to explore your inner self. I primarily utilize EMDR and IFS (level 1 trained) modalities for inner exploration and trauma resolution. In the initial sessions, I invite you to work collaboratively with me to identify and get to know parts of yourselves that might be contributing to your distress. We can work together on releasing the core conflicts and underlying issues. I am passionate about your healing journey and would be honored to be the witness.
