I am passionate about working with couples who are struggling with developing and/or preserving satisfying relationships. Couples often get stuck in ineffective patterns of relating and don't know how to break the cycle. They are seeking skills and guidance in improving communication and connection in their relationship, as well as collaboratively solving problems and navigating life's challenges together. With this approach I teach partners how to self-regulate emotions, and accurately express and validate each other, in order to work collaboratively and effectively in the relationship.
