The Long Island Counseling and Anxiety center was founded to address the need for effective treatment of children and families with Anxiety and OCD. We are licensed clinicians with training and expertise in effective techniques in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy for the full array of anxiety disorders. LICA provides diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of mental health and related issues delivered in a warm, compassionate setting for children and teenagers, as well as for adults. Our mission is to assist our clients in learning and implementing the skills they need to competently overcome the limitations that anxiety creates.
