That means we’ll talk about what’s going on, figure out what’s getting in your way, and build real tools to help you manage emotions, make decisions, and feel more like yourself again. I tailor therapy to you, drawing from cognitive behavioral techniques and real-world strategies that work beyond the therapy room. Sessions can be deep, direct, or even lighthearted depending on the day, therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Whatever the issue, we’ll work together to help you navigate it.
