About

I have been in the field of counseling for more than 30 years, With a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, listening and support, Spiritual Care and Natural Healing. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, and currently work heavily with college students. I have a strong history of working with trauma, anxiety, depression and life changes as well as spiritual matters. I do provide classic therapy, but as an interfaith Minister, I also offer spiritual care & Spiritual Direction and Companioning, if that is important to your healing. I have a background in Natural Healing & can offer consultation on healing modalities such as herbs, nutritional supplements, meditation, hypnotherapy & energy healing, for those interested.
