About

As a mother and first-generation immigrant, my lived experience has informed my clinical practice. I enjoy helping others navigate stressful life changes. I provide clients with Adrelian psychotherapy and trauma-informed care, including AF-EMDR. While all clients are welcome, I have focused on helping mothers navigate the challenges of parenting, pregnancy, post-partum concerns, difficulties with fertility, and divorce; as well as First Generation immigrants navigate the acculturation process. Recently, I have branched out, providing services for neurodiverse and twice-gifted clients.
