My passion is guiding clients toward healthier lifestyle choices and increase their effectiveness. Our goal is to help gain insight into the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are preventing them from achieving their full potential. The majority of my treatment experience is working with adults, adolescents, families and couples in a private practice setting. I've developed expertise following my passion to support clients and family members working through substance abuse issues, mood disorders, and trauma. I treat each client as an individual in a comfortable, supportive environment where clients will feel respected.
