My clients include children, teens, young adults, adults who are looking to expand their self-knowledge, heal and grow into the best version of themselves. My clients look for a safe place to talk about issues related to social justice, racial and economic struggles, purpose, social skills, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, faith exploration and other struggles. My clients may be ambivalent about beginning therapy and I am open to forming a strong therapeutic alliance as a conduit for healing.
