My ideal client is someone who feels impacted by anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or chronic stress, often rooted in early childhood attachment wounds. They may struggle with relationships, self-worth, or emotional regulation, and feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They want to better understand themselves, heal past experiences, and build healthier connections. Their goal is to feel more secure, confident, and at peace, creating a more fulfilling and balanced life. With over 25 years of clinical experience, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and highly personalized approach to psychotherapy. My work is rooted in an eclectic therapeutic framework, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities and thoughtfully tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. I am EMDR trained.
